The roadmap to our success begins and ends with the success of our clients. In addition to performing our required professional duties, Kemper CPA Group staff is motivated to maintain “Client-centricity” which is a close and constructive relationship with our clients through multiple vehicles: performance standards measuring contact with clients, communication through articles, emails and seminars, and above all, our engagement teams.
As teams are assigned to our clients, each member is accountable and responsible for completing the work in an efficient manner.
The most important component in achieving our “client-centric” model is our staff’s commitment. Each engagement is assigned a team of specialists which attends to the clients’ needs. Each member of our Engagement Team is accountable and responsible to the client as well as to each other for completing the work efficiently and effectively with the focus on “Each client is a referral for more.” Throughout the audit engagement, your management team will be updated on the Engagement Team’s progress.
At the end of each audit engagement, the members and team are evaluated on performances and outcomes. This evaluation allows Kemper CPA Group to offer immediate feedback to our staff and utilize the information to further develop skill levels through mentoring and/or specific training. Upon completion of the engagement, the partner and manager in charge will meet with your management team to receive feedback on the engagement process as well.
