Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Full Time

Kemper Technology Consulting, a division of Kemper CPA Group LLP, a top 100 public accounting firm, is a multifaceted regional CPA firm with 26 offices in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and California. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position in our Robinson, IL office. 

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Kemper Technology Consulting. A strong sense of customer service and the ability to build relationships is essential to be successful in this role. Experience with general office support, emails, accounts payable, accounts receivable and receptionist coverage is required. This position is full time with some overtime occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support to personnel
  • Communicate with clients in-person, on the phone, through email or other written correspondence
  • Complete client set up forms for new clients/engagements
  • Process weekly timesheets, client billings, and bank deposits in accordance with the requirements set by the firm’s Administrative Services Department
  • Enter bills to be paid in bill.com for partner approval
  • Help maintain schedules for office staff
  • General administrative tasks – word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning
  • Receptionist duties, including answering the phone and assisting clients in person
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Administrative support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience providing support for a technology practice (a Plus)
