Mitchell Finn, CPA

Mitchell joined Kemper’s Stockton, California, office in 2018. His primary areas of focus include taxation, audit, business valuation, and forensic accounting. Throughout his career with Kemper, he has continued to expand his responsibilities while demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to quality service. Mitchell earned his degree from California State University, Chico.

Ashley Norton, CPA

Ashley is based in the Marion, Illinois, office and has been with Kemper since 2016. Her primary areas of focus include governmental and nonprofit audits and business income taxation. She also leads audit teams, mentors employees, and has supported several important firmwide initiatives. Ashley earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Clayton Ruckman, CPA

Clayton joined Kemper’s Effingham, Illinois, office in 2021. He specializes in state and local taxation, including sales and use tax, multistate corporate and partnership taxation, and state income and franchise tax. As a firmwide state and local tax resource, Clayton is known for providing thoughtful solutions and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. He earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from MacMurray College.
