Upcoming Changes to QuickBooks Desktop Pricing - Effective February 2026
What's changing?
Intuit has announced a price change coming for QuickBooks Desktop in early 2026. The new prices will be applicable to customers with renewal dates in February 2026 or later.

As a reminder, Intuit stopped selling new subscriptions of QuickBooks Desktop Plus products in 2024, however Intuit continues to support renewals of existing Desktop Pro Plus, Premier Plus, Mac Plus, and Enhanced Payroll subscribers.
