Kyle Telligman was born and raised in Freelandville, Indiana. He is a 1999 graduate of North Knox High School and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Kyle started his career with Kemper CPA Group LLP in the fall of 2003. While earning enough college credits to sit for the CPA exam, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 2004, and completed his 150 hour requirement in 2008. He earned his CPA certificate in March of 2012.
Kyle has spent his years with Kemper working with a variety of client needs, including tax and business consulting for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. He has experience converting clients to and from LIFO inventory, and has assisted various offices with 1031 exchange issues. His book of businesses consists primarily of retailers, wholesalers, construction companies and farmers. Kyle also has audit experience of both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and has worked on audits for six different offices.
Kyle married his wife Jennifer in August of 2003, and they have two children, Emma and Andrew. Kyle still enjoys the occasional 5K run but is more focused on his growing family and coaching youth T-ball.
